1. Introduction

Welcome to COOKORA (cookora.xyz). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

Customers may checkout as guests using a valid Bangladeshi phone number, or create an account for faster ordering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout is binding.

COOKORA uses a transparent profit formula: Cost + 43% = MRP, MRP − 6% = Final Sale Price. This ensures fair prices for customers and sustainable margins for farmers and partners.

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, Rocket, mCash, UCash, UPay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Bank Transfer. For mobile banking payments, you must provide the Transaction ID and last 4 digits of the sender number.

5. Delivery

Standard delivery (24 hours) costs ৳80 inside Dhaka. Express delivery (5 hours, 8AM-8PM) costs ৳200. Orders over ৳3000 qualify for free standard delivery. Delivery outside Dhaka is currently limited and will be expanded to all 64 districts soon.

6. Returns & Refunds

If you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the items free of charge or issue a full refund. See our Return Policy page for full details.

7. Vendor & B2B Accounts

Sellers and B2B customers are subject to additional terms outlined in their respective registration agreements. Vendors receive commissions based on their tier and product category. B2B accounts have credit terms and bulk pricing as agreed.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access; (b) place fraudulent orders; (c) provide false information; (d) resell products without authorization; (e) violate any Bangladeshi laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

COOKORA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or events beyond our control.
