If you're not 100% satisfied with the freshness or quality of any product, we'll replace it free of charge or issue a full refund — no questions asked within 24 hours of delivery.

How to Request a Return
- Contact within 24 hours: Call 01842979350 or email support@cookora.xyz with your order number.
- Provide evidence: Send clear photos of the damaged/incorrect items via WhatsApp or email.
- Await verification: Our team will review and approve/deny within 2 hours.
- Replacement or refund: Approved returns get free replacement delivery or full refund to original payment method.
Refund Timeline
- • COD orders: Cash refund via bKash/Nagad within 3-5 business days
- • Mobile banking: Refund to original number within 2-3 business days
- • Card payments: Refund to original card within 7-10 business days
- • Bank transfer: Refund to original account within 5-7 business days
Combo Package Returns
If any single item in a combo package is damaged or spoiled, we will replace just that item (not the whole combo) free of charge. If multiple items are affected, we will issue a proportional refund based on the item values.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is confirmed (usually within 1 hour of placing). After confirmation, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled — but you can return items after delivery per this policy.
Quality Guarantee
Every product is inspected by our quality team before delivery. If you ever receive a sub-standard product, please let us know — your feedback helps us improve and holds our suppliers accountable.
